Having been in this industry for years now i wanted to share the most important part of your daily growth which is MINDSET
Dont get stuck when things gets challenging.
I used to do that and waste a day or more finding all the issues and why things weren’t going well instead of finding solutions and asking myself did I do my best?
I couldn’t take feedback , would be so hard on myself and refused to grow while I kept complaining and looking for people who would let me complain.
I made little itsy bitty problems look like it was the end of the world and the rest of my energy would be a reflection of how I felt towards one problem instead of saying my blessings and looking how I can fix it or if I couldn’t how I could accept/ let it go.
Id only reach out for help when I was desperate and pissed off. Poor people in my life who needed to deal with me when I was histerical and only seeing one side. No solutions or willingness to hear about it Id reach out when I needed to let the steam out and often times to people who couldn’t even possibly fix the problem. Without considering how I will affect them.
When moons arise I notice a shift in some people in the way they allow to talk to themselves, others and myself. Im guilty of that too and mindset is one of the things I worked the most on in 2018👌🧠 it really paid off as now I can handle a lot more!
Getting upset , angry and lashing out wont help anyone, I get we need to vent, yell, cry 😭 and thats ok! But I also learned if you do these you need to have a solution or be able to put those feelings in a box in the corner of your mind so you can go on with other things in life.
If your spouse did something and it upset you maybe try writting yourself or themself a letter on how you feel and how you wish it would of been different. Same goes with kids, business, work , friends ect.. most often you wont even get to share the letter just writting it will help and may get solutions out.
What we focus on will attract more of that so please remember if you focus on pain issues and how life is unfair to you be prepared for more of that!
Not saying we can always be positive as I do get those days I need to be alone cry and sing, nature walks or yell... but I make sure to not be contagious for others when it happens.
I used to be that friend who always had a negative for everything. Couldnt take a compliment always had a comment being hard on myself and really only realized this a few years back.
Now I am the girl who says life is good, Im having a great day even if my world is falling apart and try to spread more love and happiness as much as I can.
Hope this mindset post can help those who may be struggling today as I know I would of needed a wake up call or two before and so grateful to have social media, books and mentors now to show me how I felt was toxic to me and others and gave me solutions tips and ways to change my mindset and grow in ways I would of never imagined.
